These Terms of Service govern your use of the Prisma mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), published by Radiant Labs Limited ("Prisma", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a country subject to comprehensive economic sanctions, or if you appear on any sanctions list maintained by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you live.
Prisma is self-custodial software. It helps you create an account on the Solana network, view your balances, and instruct transactions. We never take custody of your assets. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds, and we cannot move them, freeze them, or recover them on your behalf.
We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, money transmitter, or custodian. We do not match orders, hold customer funds, or act as counterparty to your trades. Where the app lets you trade or transfer, it is constructing an instruction that you sign and that an independent public protocol executes.
Access to your account depends on the sign-in method you choose and on the key material secured by our sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping that sign-in method secure. If you lose access to it, or if someone else gains access to it, you may permanently lose access to your funds. We cannot restore access, reverse a transaction, or recover assets sent to a wrong or unintended address.
You are responsible for every instruction submitted from your account, including any made by someone using your device or credentials.
Digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. You should not use the Service unless you understand and accept that. In particular:
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Prices, charts, market lists, rankings and any other information are provided for convenience, may be delayed or inaccurate, and come from third-party sources we do not control. Decisions you make are your own.
The Service depends on third parties, including our sign-in provider, network and market data providers, and independent trading and privacy protocols. They are not under our control. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, fees or losses arising from them, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Network fees and any fees charged by the protocols you transact with are yours to pay. Where Prisma charges a fee of its own, it is disclosed in the app before you confirm. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your activity, and for keeping your own records.

The Prisma name, logo, app, and website — including their design, text and code — belong to Radiant Labs Limited and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Nothing else is granted.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may release updates you need to install to keep using it. We may restrict or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or that your use exposes us or others to legal risk. Because the Service is self-custodial, ending your access to the app does not affect your ownership of your assets — they remain yours and reachable with any compatible software.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information in it is accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Labs Limited and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — including losses from price movements, liquidations, failed or delayed transactions, protocol failures, or loss of access to your account.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiant Labs Limited from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radiant Labs Limited is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
We may update these terms, and the effective date at the top will change when we do. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
